Right! So...I'm gonna be posting a slew of art here...There will be the occasional fanart but mostly I want this to be the place I post sketches and comic book work.  Wish me luck!

Skillet has a new album out as of last month! *squee* Omgolly Hero and Monster sound absolutely...INCREDIBLE. :faints: Ahh, nothing quite like the sound of rock to get motivated!  Haha, thet're so totally amazing from when they first started out to now.  That's really nice, especially considering how some artists change for the worse later on.  Rambling is fun. XD

Change is frightening because, like a coin toss, you never know what the outcome's gonna be.  Good, bad, weird...who can say?  But like it or not, this is just the beginning of change.  Up until now everything has moved to a comfortable and unchanging pace.  Now there's the future to really consider, and once that arrives, a whole new set of circumstances will keep rolling in, at any given time.  It's a daunting prospect but for now I can only continue taking baby steps.  One pudgy little leg in front of the other.  They'll become strides if I keep at it long enough.  I guess all I can do is try to chart a course and learn how to sail without hitting too many rocks. XD     

As the French say: "C'e la vie"  That is life.

it was EPIC. my dad and brother rented a jetski and i took a kiyak  to this wide saltwater lake.  

it was so super fun because not only did i not fall over, but there were such amazing things to see there!!  

yellowtail fishies were shooting out of the water like, everywhere and one almost landed in my boat. XD

then there was this stingray that came up on the surface then vanished.  id made a personal goal to reach the end o the lake and then turn back but was surprised to find a narrow channel that led on to some marshes.  

everyone else had turned round but i was feeling adventurous so i kept on. XD the marshes were really something.  

it was difficult not to run into the muddy banks that cut off in sharp and winding curves.  the insects started swarming everytime the banks were disturbed.

it was a bit haunting and eerie because it was just so...quiet.  nothing chirped, no bird twittered, and no more fishies graced the surface.  

the air smelled foul and the water had become murky here and pretty soon turning back was an inviting idea.  that...and i had reached an area too narrow to continue. XD they reminded me of the dead marshes, kiddie version.

the only problem was that i couldn't turn around.  the kiyak didn't have a wide enough berth to be turned around.  i tried to turn around to face the other side but this agitated the boat and came dangerously close to a wet end.

i had to paddle backwards and finally got out after half an hour of this silliness. before leaving there was one final surprise.  a very large pelican allowed me to stalk her and come within pretty close range before taking flight.  

ahhh...it was an incredible day.  all in all, about 4 miles covered and rewarded with a meal with the whole family at the amazing San Sai japanese grill.  my daddy and lil bro had tons of fun too.  love ya daddy!

oh. i almost forgot!  recently ive begun to listen to relient k again.  Matt Thiessen is very attractive and an amazing singer. amazing.  just recently watched one of their music videos and was stunned by how good looking he is. the gap in his teeth adds to the charm.  ^_^  here's a link to one of their multiple amazing songs:
